Scheduling and service

• Service requests made by phone, text, or form are requests — an appointment is confirmed when we respond and agree on a time.
• Same-day and emergency availability depends on demand and location. Mention “Emergency Service” when contacting us so urgent requests are prioritized.

Diagnostic and travel fee

Your diagnostic inspection is free when you hire us for the repair. If you choose not to proceed with the repair after diagnosis, a flat $60 travel/service fee applies. Repair pricing is provided upfront and approved by you before work begins — no hidden or extra charges.

Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. If something isn’t right, contact us at 216-860-2008 and we’ll make it right.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website — including submitting false service requests, attempting to disrupt the site, or scraping content for republication.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoolAir Repair LLC is not liable for damages arising from use of this website itself. Terms for on-site service work are agreed before that work begins.
